SUPER
SIZE ME
The truth about fat,
fat people and today's popular killer.
"Filmmaker Morgan
Spurlock, rejected five times by the USC film school, won the best
director award at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival..."
Spurlock deserves any award he
receives for this acclaimed documentary showing his complete change of
diet to include nothing but McDonald's food for one full month. In
that month he goes from being a healthy young man with excellent body fat
and function, to a tired, depressed overweight filmmaker, with evidence of
illness on the way.
This film is enough to scare
anyone and should be seen by everyone on the current SAD (standard American
diet) way of eating. You need to KNOW what you're putting in your
mouth. This film is a "between the eyes" film and could be
likened to the impact style of Michael Moore.
A must-see. 5
